Quite Grumpy
This is how the Lord works! HE is faithful. The night started quite different last night. The first few people we encountered on the bus were quite grumpy. It was very odd. God had a plan !! HE showed up as usual. We met a gentleman named Greg. He had recently broken up with his girlfriend and is now on the streets. He heard the Gospel at length last night. He ate lots of pizza. He is very close to making the greatest decision of his life. Christ wants him to trust HIM is saving faith. HE will do the miraculous! Please pray for Greg. Pray specifically for him to to surrender to the King Of Kings and Lord of Lords!! Next, we picked up Nathan. Nathan is homeless. He is having problems getting his disability check. he was in need of a phone or computer to get some paperwork completed. One of our servants allowed him to use their phone for the evening. We are working on getting a situation rectified for him. Please pray for him as well. He has many struggles. He says he knows the Lord. Yet, the highlight of the night happened when we were out and about. A car was following us. At first we did not know who it was. Then we pulled into a parking lot, and they got out of the car. It was Rose ! Rose and her Husband (Fred) were on the streets for many years. We met them about 8 years ago. They were on drugs. They had lost all their kids to the system. They were on a dark path for so many years. BUT…….., GOD!!! They are now clean! They both are working full time professional jobs! And here is the cool part ! They just bought their first house !!!!!! Praise Jesus !! HE is in the heart transformation business! One more thing. They now see all their kids. One is a police officer ! That is the God we worship ! We ended the night with some Hispanic dessert! Incredible night ! Getoutofthebus.org
