New Year & New Believer
How the Lord works!!! We went out on the bus last night. It was our first outing of the New Year! We grabbed our pizzas and hit the streets. The first Gentleman we met was Isaiah. He started to sing for us. He was extremely talented. We began to share the Gospel with him, he began to weep. He accepted Jesus as his savior before coming aboard the bus. We got to hear his story. he is 27 years old. He is married. He and his wife are having problems. They have three children. Most of the time he sleeps outside under the bridge next to her apartment. He rode with us all evening. He even was serving pizza to other people on the streets. It was powerful. We look forward to following up with Isaiah as well as his wife in the coming days. The night continued and the Lord sent more and more people who were in need. We gave one gentleman a ride home who had missed the bus. His name was Jay. He was so thankful. We had so many opportunities to share God’s truth with people last night. The people were so thankful for the pizza and prayer. They were thankful for hygiene packs as well. The Lord continues to be faithful in rescuing the lost. We are thankful for his Grace and Mercy. There is nothing greater than seeing someone receive NEW LIFE IN CHRIST! See you next week! Oh one more thing.. go and see the guy @11th and Yale (selling lawn decorations and stuff).. we managed to buy a monkey and elephants at a great price. Don’t miss out. Tell your friends.
