Mobile Missions\Church Inside Out
Thankful for the opportunity to serve with Mobile Missions\Church Inside Out last night. The Lord has blessed them with an incredible ministry. Their church is located in West Tulsa, in the Red Fork district. They have opened up their church every day since the storm hit. We had the opportunity to serve over 250 people dinner last night. They were able to come in the church and eat a meal together. One homeless gentleman (Mike) came in and was to shower and get fresh clean clothes.. Other people came to the church just to take a nice shower. So powerful. This church is all about their community. They love their community! They have a food bank, clothing store, car care clinic, homeless ministry and the list goes on..They are all about community. They are all about building relationships with people. They meet people right where they are in life. Jesus did exactly that!!! We are so thankful for their obedience! Their team has come alongside us on the bus numerous times and helped us. We are thankful that we had the opportunity to serve alongside them last night. Please pray for this church! Please pray for all of the people who showed up last night. There is lots of destruction out in West Tulsa. Some of these people still do not have power. Please pray specifically for Mike. Mike desperately needs a relationship with Jesus. Mike has been doing things his way for his whole life. He has now been homeless for three months. He has not seen his teenagers in quite some time. Thankful this CHURCH is being THE CHURCH to their community! Thankful for everyone who showed up from Getoutofthebus.org last night to SERVE PEOPLE. The Lord is faithful to the ends of the earth!
