Students & Groceries
Incredible night on the bus. We had lots of ORU students with us. It was exciting. We ministered to many on the streets of Tulsa. The one who stands out the most would be Matthew. He is 37 years old. He has been on the streets on/off for the past 20 years. He was released from prison 2 years ago after serving a 5 year sentence. He has been a IV drug user for almost 20 years. He was very honest about his addiction. He told us he he was saved in prison. Yet, he explained that he struggles daily. Welcome to the club Matthew! Every single human being struggles! Thankful for Jesus who comes to our rescue when we submit to HIM! We gave options to get him off the streets and into a program that will pour TRUTH into him. He has so much life to live for. He kept repeating “thank you” while he was with us. The Lord has a plan for his life. Please pray for him to make life changing decisions that honor the Lord. Thankful for Keys of the Kingdom/ Maranantha church in North Tulsa. Their pastor personality delivered lots of groceries to us on 11th street. We had people waiting for groceries at the end of the evening. God is so faithful, and HIS timing is perfect! Thankful for all who came out to serve with us. Thankful for the muffler shop fixing the exhaust on the bus for FREE! Thankful for all who donate finances and time to this ministry. Thankful most importantly for the prayers every week. Without HIS intervention, none of this would be possible. Bless you!
