Life Changing Today
Here is some news worth sharing! A summary of life changing events happened today.
1) Floyd confessed Jesus as his Lord today! (He is the brother of Simon who was saved on the bus)
2) After Floyd accepts Christ, I had the opportunity to read the book of John chapter 1 with him. Pretty powerful moment to say the least!
3) A former Prostitute (who has a 2 month old girl) calls me to say “this is the first baby I’ve ever been able to keep, DHS just closed my case”
4) Floyd got a much needed haircut.
5) Dropped off Floyd at his first GED class. He made it to the 9th grade. His family has a 9th grade education level. He wants to to have a diploma on his wall one day! It WILL happen!
6) Dropped him off after being with him all day. Shared the good news of this day with his family. Ended the night with prayer in their living room. The Lord is transforming them one family member at a time!
The Lord gets the glory for all of this.. It is amazing that he uses sinners to continue HIS work. We can do NOTHING without HIM orchestrating these encounters.
Let me tell you something, this stuff right here NEVER GETS OLD. Stop chasing stuff that means nothing in eternity. Invest your life in stuff that matters. The Lord reigns!
