Continuing to sow…
Great night tonight. Not many came out to serve tonight so we switched things up a bit. We picked up people who have been on the bus before and went to Braums. The goal was to help strengthen the relationships that have been made, along with (more importantly) helping folks grow spiritually. We were able to go through the Gospel with “Collin” and he is very close to making a life changing decision to follow Christ in saving faith. We had a former addict aboard the bus who was able to share his story or redemption with him as well. God places just the right people on the bus for his glory every time. Thank you Reggie! We picked up Rachel who has been homeless on and off since she was 14. She is 19 now and started her new job at subway today. She was a very sweet young lady who has been through so much at a young age. She was very excited to share that she accepted Christ one month ago. She still battles depression and some bi polar stuff, yet she was assured that her identity is not in a diagnosis, it is in Christ. She is somebody! She has purpose in life! She wants to follow through with obedience and be baptized! Pretty exciting! Please pray for Collin as the Holy Spirit pursues him, pray that he surrenders his life to the one true God, Jesus! Thankful for the opportunity to simply do this thing called “life”, with the few people we had with us tonight..thankful for all the bibles that were donated to hand out!
